If ever you find yourselves in a dominantly muslim country/ies, you’ve got to be aware of dress codes and limitations especially if you’re visiting temples and the like. Either you bring a jacket when you’re wearing a sleeveless top and pair it with a long skirt or pants.
We spent an afternoon in Johor Bahru, Malaysia and since it was my first time, I played it safe and settled for draped pants, white tee and sneakers in neutral tones. The weather at the time was as humid as it was in Singapore and I am thankful I am wearing the most comfortable outfit.
