Singapore is an incredibly humid country so if you’re planning to go there on a summer expect to sweat buckets, so you got to carefully curate your clothes before hand so that you can save time and explore more.
If you’re someone who would just settle in a plain white shirt-denim shorts-sandals combo, then you go ahead but if you’re a bit conscious on what to wear and wanted to feel comfortable yet still stylish, then I have some tips for you.
Combination matters– I love the idea of crop and high waisted. Say cami crop top plus high waisted culottes make up for a perfect combo. Make sure either top or bottoms have some interesting details.
Shoe game– You have all the right to wear what you think would be best especially if that would match your combo but if you’re going to roam around and explore the city the WHOLE day then your choices would just be limited to flats, sandals, or sneakers. The last thing you’d want to happen to your feet is getting blisters. For this one, the sneakers is your best bet. Being a more on the minimalist side, of course, I chose white one as it would make the outfit a bit polished. Try also black or grey ones.
Colourful Spectacles– Ditch the usual black, brown or gold-like frames and be a little playful with your sunglasses. Try shades of blue or pink to make your outfit stand out.
*PS Don’t forget to bring umbrella, wear sunscreen, water bottle, and small towel (must!)
