Tagged as the 'foodcourt ng mga conyo" Hole in the wall is situated at the 4th floor of the Century Mall in Kalayaan Ave. My bestbud/sister from another mother decided to explore this talked about place in the Metro. We were surprised with the ambiance; nice, cozy and accommodating. It's like you are transported to another place and of course, well a more beautiful foodcourt that we usually find in other malls. Prices ranges from if I'm not mistaken 180 to 400-500 (rough estimate).
Hole in the wall consists of variety of food stalls that caters to different kinds of appetite. Kwong's Prohibition
, which serves asian cuisine (try the salted egg chicken wings) and also, softshell crab po’boy in steamed cua pao is the bomb!. Bad Bird
, chicken/rice, chicken/waffles or if you dont want any of the two, chicken/corn (I love their sweet potatoes pancakes though). I kinda dont dig the umami chicken recipe though.
Want a taste of Southeast asian food? Try Phobobo
. Liberation Shawarma
by Chef JP Anglo is a must try also.
So far those are the only places I've tried. I might try Scout's Honor
for some pastry fix soon 🙂
